We launch Sound Sleeper 2!

January 26, 2013

Since our initial launch in last March, Sound Sleeper has become one of the most popular iOS white noise applications around. Thousands of new users download Sound Sleeper every month, and we are happy to learn from reviews that parents find the app to be a lifesaver.

What’s new in Sound Sleeper 2? An essential and unique new feature – automatic sleep tracking! While Sound Sleeper is in “Listen” mode, it automatically tracks your baby’s sleep and generates graphs that help you learn and analyze your baby’s sleep patterns. Great for parents who want to improve night waking or are consulting with sleep professionals – or who simply want to know that their little one is getting the sleep hours she should.

Read more about Sound Sleeper here or download it from the App Store here. We’ll be happy to hear from you if you find it useful.

I want to thank you for your app. The vacuum cleaner noise calms our crying baby down every day. It has allowed us to take car trips without screaming. Only another mother can imagine what an extra hour of sleep means when you are sleep deprived! Thank you!

What a kind letter. We are so pleased to hear that Sound Sleeper is helpful for you. We ourselves have a three months old who loves vacuum cleaner.

Wishing you all the best and joy from your child.

What an awesome app. My daughter has always loved the hairdryer noise and the tracker/listen mode is genius. I have told all my Mummy friends about it too x

Hi there, thanks for a nice app. My baby likes the car & vacuum noise.
Is there a way to add a playlist into it? I have a lullaby playlist & would like to alternate it from time to time.

        Hi Michael,
I have a playlist synced with the iPad, just need a way to access it through your app.
Not sure how complicate the task would be for the programmer, so I will leave it with the expert.

I am very unhappy & distracted as I paid for the full version of this app last night over 7 hours ago and it is still not loaded! Therefore I have not been able to access the full settings last night although paid for them! I’ve left messages & no one has for back to me. Very unhappy with the app & current service. Please some one do something as wish to use the app as it should be.
    Thank you.

      Hi Emily,
Thanks for writing. As I wrote you just now by email, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Please check that the In-App Purchase is turned ON on your iPhone. To check this, go to Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content > In-App Purchases. After you do this, open Sound Sleeper and tap Info > Restore purchase, and then tap the Restore Purchase button. The full version will be installed.

Customer service is one of our highest priorities (we answer all emails within 12 hours, in light of international time differences when we are sleeping :) ) and we hope you’ll be happy with the app from now on. Please don’t hesitate to contact us again.

good luck and enjoy using Sound Sleeper
